The “Safer. Smarter. Greener.” street light project is a joint effort of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), and the Office of Public Private Partnerships (OP3) to modernize more than 75,000 streetlights in the District by converting them to LED technology with remote monitoring and control capabilities.

Plenary Infrastructure DC is vying for a position to be selected by OP3 and we believe we are the most highly qualified team for the project. Washington, DC is seeking to hire a team to design, finance, construct, operate and maintain new “Smart Street Lights” throughout the city. Our team will respond to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the smart street lighting project this summer.
